Unlike a Windsor knot, the bolo tie is less of a choke, more of a handshake, saying, “Howdy.” Some see it as a relic, but this one’s got a modern twist: a 3D-printed bolo clip holding a lucky penny in place of the jewel or stone. Back in my final years at LSU, I dove into 3D printing, and when I landed a post-grad gig in the Old West, I figured, what better way to celebrate than with a bolo tie? And when that Old West city is Las Vegas, well, you better believe I was showing up with a little luck around my neck.
